ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT Post Date: 21 Feb 08

Qualification :
A Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting from a reputable University
Minimum 2 (two) years working experience in similar position
Fluent in English both written and oral
PC Literate
Knowing MYOB/ FINA software and well manage manual a/c system will be advantage
High integrity, disciplined and well organized
Good team worker and willing to multi task & meet tight deadline
Possess analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Able to start immediately

Responsibilities:
Preparation of Journal entries for monthly accounts closing
Performing monthly closing and expense analysis
Preparation of financial reports
Perform bank and other accounting related reconciliations
Manage project accounting activities
Assist in filing and other administrative
Other adhoc duties as and assigned
